I started a 100-day Workout Challenge last year and this is a record of my experience. I’ll post five days at a time Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays until I am through it, then I will update where I am now and will start posting real-time weekly journals thereafter.
100 Day Workout Challenge 2/3 way through. Woo Hoo! Was pretty sick. Spent a large portion of the day Hacking. I’ll spare you the gory details. But glad I still got an hour walk in even though I was coughing a lot.
100 Day Work out challenge day 67 Got to the pool and did my hour. It had been a few days and I really missed it. Had a good nights sleep so I was feeling better. Today was last day of ethnic enrichment festival so I gave myself a cheat day on food. Had the India sampler platter. Which was great. and several glasses of mango lassi. The good news is since I swam I should be in a debit.
100 Day Workout Challenge Day 68. I am back to feeling sick could be since I am back at work the air conditioners here are crazy high But I am hacking away. Today is arm’s day on weight, won’t go too crazy walking as I feel really puny and sick right now.
100 Day Workout Challenge Day 69. Was a day off and I felt really worn out. Didn’t get to the pool until 9pm. Only got 45minutes in. But did get to bed early which helped.
100 Day Workout Challenge Day 70 Got a good nights sleep and my energy came back had a very busy day workout-wise. I walked for an hour with no pain (woo hoo) and swam laps for 90 minutes. Still felt great even after that. Still have the cough. Will make Dr. apontment to check it out.
