I started a 100-day Workout Challenge last year and this is a record of my experience. I’ll post five days at a time Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays until I am through it, then I will update where I am now and will start posting real-time weekly journals thereafter.
100 Day Workout challenge Day 91 Overslept and missed swimming did weights instead. Down to 307 pounds. 43 pounds lost so far…
100 Day Workout challenge Day 92. I suck at math. Day 100 will not be the 22nd (my birthday) But will be Monday 09/25. I am OK with that. looks like I won’t make the less than 300 on my birthday anyway. But I will settle for single digits. So glad my energy has returned. I swam today for an hour and 10 minutes felt like I could have easily gone for 90 minutes or even two hours tons of energy. And even slept like a stone without insomnia issues. Nice and Frank made YUMMY chicken so nice day all around.
100 Day Workout challenge day 93. Very nice swim about an hour and 15 minutes. personal best of 40 laps, but want to do 54 (my new age) on my birthday. A perfect world ( by that I mean perfect world that includes my present job and hours) 930am get up, in the pool by 10am. swim 90 minutes. Get home by noon time for lunch and some social time with Jane. and on the way to work by 115pm Get off at midnight. MAYBE a light walk or some weights for about 30-45 minutes. ( or better yet come home and do yoga 🙂 )Home by 1am in bed and asleep by 130-2am A guy can dream, can’t he?
100 Day Workout Challenge Day 94. My birthday is in two days, I think I will actually be able to swim the 54 laps. I just won’t tell myself it is a mile and a half. Energy is great so glad I am finally almost completely over my cough. must find something wooden to knock) Work is still rough but my spirits are up and my energy is really good. calories around 1800 but I feel good about that amount. And had a really nice swim.
100 Day Workout Challenge One more day to my birthday. Feeling pumped. Still going strong (pun intended) feel better than I have in years. nice walk and swim. feeling like next year could be great.
