I started a 100-day Workout Challenge last year and this is a record of my experience. I’ll post five days at a time Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays until I am through it, then I will update where I am now and will start posting real-time weekly journals thereafter.
100 Day workout challenge Day 76 trombones. Actually sad trombones as weigh in was really sad. 313. I lost one pound in two weeks. I will keep telling myself since i am doing weight training, maybe i’m building some muscle.Yeah, that’s the ticket. I need to be more diligent, i’m doing the exercising but maybe i am eating too many calories relative to my metabolism.
100 Day Workout challenge Day 77 Ok another day of too many calories. But tomorrow is September 1st so I am going to refocus on balance. I may not get below 300 before my birthday but I am going to give it a fighting chance.
100 Day Workout challenge Day 78. Really burned out and exhausted from work, just did 30 minutes arms and called it a day. Calories were better around 1600-1700
100 Day Workout Challenge Day 79 Overslept and didn’t have time to swim walked about 5 miles. Went to the Irish festival and had a slice of cheese pizza it was 600 calories but didn’t have supper so I was able to stay in deficit.
100 Day Workout Challenge Day 80 Labor day. Actually went to Y to swim but it was already closed early due to holiday. Did 3 mile walk and weights. Am using incline on treadmill with hand weights to increase burn.Felt like I had a good workout. Calories aprox 1700
