Every day from now until Spring, I will play a song from each year from 1940-2020. I’ll also write a little bit about the song and why I chose it to represent that year.
ELVIS!! I could almost stop the post right there. One word says it all. 1956 changed everything. Elvis Presley made sure of that. His superlatives seem endless. He’s the largest selling artist of all time. He has sold an estimated Billion records worldwide.
