What’s the next story on Globetrotting Grandpa? You get to decide.
I’ll give you some ideas I am considering, and you get to vote on which one you’d like to read more about. You can vote here in the comments, on the Facebook page or email me at globetrottinggrandpa@hotmail.com . I’ll tally the votes, and the winner will be tonight’s post.
A) Lost Byrd
B) Equality House
Martin Luther King once famously stated “Hate can not drive out hate. Only Love can do that”. We explore the history of “equality House’ in Topeka, Kansas. Which sits directly across the street from the Westboro Baptist Church. A universally recognized hate group initially established by the late Fred Phelps. We learn about the origins of Equality House and how it tries to stand as a beacon of hope for the LBGT community of Eastern Kansas.
C) Don’t let Winter kill your motivation
A Health and Fitness post. Winter is just terrible for me to keep motivated to work out, diet or just about anything. I tend to get depressed and spend a lot of my free time in a blanket next to my space heater. So out of desperation, I began to explore ways to help stay focused and healthy, despite the gray skies and cold weather. We will explore options to be strong and healthy: physically, mentally and spiritually. And kick that whole “Seasonal Affective Disorder” monster to the curb.
D) Confessions of a Las Vegas Impressionist
So there you are. Four picks. Just vote A, B, C, or D. This evening I will tally up the votes and run the story you pick. So vote in the comments here or on the facebook page or email me at globetrottingrandpa@hotmail.com and may the best story win!
