This week’s Humpday Haiku

gt
family in the ground, building razed and streets renamed, you’re still here (its gone)
“Diffuse angels dance/ gossamer dervishes swirl/ cloudy dimpled day”
Cold wind shins and jerks, Weaving through each parked car, barking like a dog.
A three-minute song, Mumbles from another room, brings hours of dreams.

“pillows too lumpy/blankets cold bed much too hard /alarm changes all. ”
