The hilltop resort town of Taormina. Taormina is located on Sicily’s east coast near the active volcano,Mt. Etna and is home to the ancient Greco-Roman Theater, Teatro Greco.

View of Trapani from Erice . Trapani is an important fishing port of western Sicily. It was founded by the Elymians, one of Sicily’s indigenous civilizations, and also served as the port city for Erice.

Located in southwest Sicily, Agrigento is the site of Agrakas, one of the leading cities of Magna Graecia during the golden age of ancient Greece. It is now the capital of the province of Agrigento.
